Text/Email Communication
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to
subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Upon signing up for a Retreat, Course, Coaching, Further Inquiry, or Master Class with Enter Zen Here, LLC, you will receive a few texts and emails (a confirmation, details about, helpful information, reminder/s beforehand, etc) about the session/retreat/course/class you’ve signed up for or expressed interest in.
We are conscious of your time and keep these emails/texts to a minimum – sending only necessary, helpful and related information. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

By participating, you acknowledge that meditation involves physical and mental activity, and you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in any meditation program. You agree to release and discharge EZH, its owners, speakers, employees, and trainers from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of participation in the meditation program.
