Welcome, dear practitioner — I’m honored you’re considering this yearlong journey into awakening, insight, and integration.

Before you begin, please review this informed consent and participation agreement carefully. This form outlines important information about the purpose, expectations, refund policy, and community agreements for your participation in the Enter Zen Here, LLC (“EZH”) Beyond the Cushion 2026 meditation vessel.

Nature of Meditation, Voluntary Participation – Informed Consent: Meditation practices offered through Enter Zen Here include mindfulness, visualization, guided inquiry, breath awareness, somatic movement, and contemplative dialogue. These are designed for personal growth, emotional clarity, and self-discovery. However, meditation may also bring up strong emotions or memories. EZH instructors are not licensed medical or mental health professionals (unless otherwise noted). These practices are educational and transformational tools, not medical or therapeutic treatments. If you experience distress during practice, you agree to pause, inform your instructor, and seek appropriate professional support. *

I understand that meditation practices may bring up emotional material and that I am responsible for my own well-being throughout participation. I also understand and accept that participation is voluntary and that I assume all responsibility for any risks, known or unknown, arising from participation.

Confidentiality: All personal information shared during sessions, coaching calls, or group events will be held in confidence and not shared without your consent, except where required by law. *

Program Overview, Time & Participation Commitment:

This yearlong immersion is designed to support deep transformation through community, mentorship, and consistent practice.

You’ll receive:
• 3-hour Monthly Master Class (1st Saturday of each month, Jan–Dec 2026)

• 1:1 Private Coaching Sessions (12 or 24 total, depending on your package)

• Access to 1–2 Weekly Drop-In Group Sits to maintain practice momentum

• Access to WhatsApp private group chat thread throughout the year

• 5-Day In-Person Noble Silence Retreat in Utah — April 2026
(includes meals, lodging, and transport to/from SLC airport; travel to Utah not included)

• 3-Day Virtual Home Retreat in October, 2026 — learn how to create an @home meditation sanctuary and develop personal retreat discipline for future online/solo retreats over your lifetime of practice.

Payment and Refund Policy

This yearlong Off the Cushion 2026 container is a high-touch, small group experience that requires significant preparation, time, and financial commitment in advance (retreat bookings, venue deposits, scheduling, and teaching/coaching time). To maintain fairness and simplicity for ALL participants, please review the following payment and refund terms carefully before signing.

Program Tuition

Participants may choose between two program levels:

Basic Program: $4,977; Premium Program: $7,333

Payment Options

You may select one of the following payment plans:

Full Payment (discounted) — payment in full due on or before December 15, 2025

Basic Program: $4,777 (save $200)

Premium Program: $6,900 (save $433)

Two-Payment Plan — two equal installments due on or before December 15, 2025 and February 15, 2026

Basic Program: $2,488.50 per installment; Premium Program: $3,666.50 per installment.

Refund Terms

Because this is a small, customized teaching container with limited enrollment, please register only when you are a clear and confident YES to participating fully in this yearlong journey.

Your first payment (or 50% of full payment) serves as a non-refundable deposit that secures your spot in the program.

If you withdraw before February 15, 2026, participants who paid in full are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of tuition paid (less any applicable processing fees).

Participants on the two-payment plan who withdraw before February 15, 2026, will forfeit their first installment as their nonrefundable deposit.

If you withdraw on or after February 15, 2026, no refunds will be issued, regardless of payment method.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions, unused portions, or early withdrawal after the program begins.

Refund and Payment Policy *

I have read and understand the Payment and Refund Policy. I understand that my enrollment represents a yearlong commitment; I understand my Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE; and that NO REFUNDS will be issued after February 15, 2026.

Attend live sessions and retreats whenever possible

Communicate openly and respectfully

Take full responsibility for your engagement and experience

Treat fellow participants and teachers with compassion and confidentiality.

Acknowledgment and Liability Release By submitting this form, you release and discharge Enter Zen Here, LLC, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from all claims or liabilities arising from participation in the program. You affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms in this document. *
